school has sprung

so Harrison started 2nd grade last thursday. I feel like I’m living the fears and anxieties of all new people, and expectations, and smells, and sounds and scariness anew. THat’s how I feel with each new show, or project. I love getting the news I booked it, and than am scared to death to actually show up and begin… He’s so vulnerable, and talking really loudly at school the 1rst day, to share who he is…in a few minutes I head to the 1rst mandatory meeting where the entire parent body will attend, and after head to our teachers classroom..Ms. Ferris, who is a sweetheart …but TIm is with Harrison at his 1rst soccer practice with yet another new , unknown group of kids. I’m very proud of him, and pray constantly he’ll find out who he is, make incredible , loyal , good hearted friends, find his gifts, not give up on his weaknesses, pray I would have a sense of humor more than a rigid heart, and Tim and I would help him thrive and become all God yearns for him to be.
I also would like to book a job..

Oh my dear sweet friend, All of these wonderful things will happen for Harrison with such incredible parents such as you and Tim. Prayers are so powerful, as we both have witnessed, I continue to pray for all that you hope and pray for for Harrison, you and Tim. A job will come along, it’s got to be the right one and I’m sure it’s out there just waiting to come your way. Love you all so much and hope to see you this spring! xo Wanda

Thinking about you and Harrison and Tim and new school. Second grade is more relaxed than First. Kids are more at ease. By the end of the year Harrison will have his friends and have forgotten it’s a new school. Hugs and kisses go a long way with a 7-yr-old. He’s a super kid.
As you know, Jersey Boys has a 5th anniversary coming up and some new promotions. One of them on tv has celebs like Joan Rivers and others wishing them a happy 5th.
Hoping you get a good gig soon too. Comedy is all over the place nowadays, in every Bdway show. Very important now. Everybody needs to laff and you do comedy soooo well. Gotta go. Take care.

Hi Jen, Your concerns and worries about Harrison are so normal and appropriate. You and Tim are wonderful parents, and are providing him with a strong foundation and faith in God,which is all you can humanly do! He will find his way in the world, dear friend. Likewise, another job will come your way soon. As Wanda said, prayers are so powerful, as we all well know. Miss you and love ya, Pam
