HI FORGOT WHEN I LAST WROTE

SORRY BEEN RUNNING AROUND AS HARRISON GRADUATED KINDERGARTEN ON FRIDAY. AND THIS WHOLE WEEK HE STAYED WITH TIMS FAMILY , WHO ALL LIVE A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM EACH OTHER. I WAS FATHERS DAY SHOPPING YESTERDAY AND MY CELL PHONE RANG, AND IT WAS MY SON HARRISON. HE JUST RECENTLY MEMORIZED MY PHONE NUMBER AND OUR ADDRESS. IT WAS THE SWEETEST THING.

WHEN WE WERE SHOPPING AT COSTCO..(WE JUST BOUGHT A MEMBERSHIP, MAINLY FOR THE FREE SAMPLES), HE ASKED ME “DO YOU THINK THEY SELL BACKYARDS HERE?”

UGH.. WE DIDN’T THINK WE NEEDED A BACKYARD YET..IN OUR LIVES. BUT WITH THIS WONDERFUL GIFT OF AN ACTIVE ,JUST TURNED 6 YEAR OLD BOY, WHO BEGS FOR A DOG, AND SWING, AND POOL..LOL…WELL A 3 STORY TOWNHOUSE SEEMS LIKE A MANSION TO ME, WHO LIVED IN A TINY PLACE IN NYC FOR YEARS ..BUT TO A LITTLE KID WHO WANTS TO RUN AND CLIMB AND RIDE..IT’S JUST A ‘SHORT’ HOUSE..as he would say.

SO THAT IS AN ONGOING SEARCH..WHENEVER HE ASKS,’CAN WE BUY THIS?’ OR ‘I WANT THAT’ I SAY ‘ WELL I WANT A HOUSE ON A HILL” I ALWAYS SAY THIS…AND ONE DAY WHEN WE WERE PLAYING AT THE ROSE BOWL, HE YELLED’ LOOK MOM, YOUR HOUSE ON A HILL.”

HE SAID HE’S SAVING UP FORIT TO BUY ME..LOL.

HE TOOK HIS 1RST GYMNASTICS CLASS AND LOVED IT, AND WAS REALLY FLEXIBLE, BUT HE ALSO LOVES BASKETBALL, AND WE HAVE HIM SIGNED UP FOR SOCCER, THO NONE OF US HAVE EVER PLAYED.

THIS WEEK, I BRUISED MY HEEL, HAVE THE BEG. OF A BONE SPUR AND SWELLING (FROM RUNNING) ,GOT A CROWN ON MY TOOTH, AND SLIGHT RASH FOR A FEW DAYS FROM ANTIBIOTICS FOR MY TOOTH?? OR JUST STRESS ..LOL BUT WE GO TO TIMS DAD TODAY IN FRESNO TO CELEBRATE HIS AND TIMS 1RST FATHERS DAY..AND PICK UP OUR SON, HARRISON.

LAST WEEK,BY THE WAY , WE HAD HIM BAPTIZED, AND IN CHURCH THAT SUNDAY, HE WROTE A PRAYER. HE SAID THIS IS JUST THE TITLE..I’LL WRITE MORE NEXT TIME.. PHOTOS TO COME

BECAUSE I JUST HAD TO PURCHASE AN EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE, AS MINE EXPIRED, FROM ALL THESE PICTURES.

HOPEFULLY SOME JOB NEW S WILL COME SOON. ITS BEEN VERY SLOW FOR ME IN THAT WAY..I KNOW GOD HAS A PLAN THOUGH.. SEE YA FOR NOW..JENNIFER

Harrison is too precious for words. His energy, curiosity and strong desire to take part in life is fabulous.
Happy Father’s Day to Tim and all the other wonderful fathers around you.
Jennifer, you are such a big talent, terrific singer, and so comedic I hope somebody reads this and gives you your own sitcom because you can do it! Plus you’re loving, loved, and loveable.
    Take care of yourself.
    XO

Hello my dearest friend, This post is so awesome! I totally agree with Zanna, you should have a sitcom Jen and Jody could write for it! Both of you are so gifted in the way you tell a real life story, always so funny and so endearing! Have a great weekend with the fam! Love you girl and miss you too. Wanda

It certainly would be a hysterical sitcom with our life stories, LOL….

Jen, watch those free samples at Costco….I was real thin before becoming a “member” and enjoying those “samples”. And I never get outta there w/o a bill of at least $150. But join the crowd. I was on jury duty a few years back in a case where someone sued Costco for a fall, and only one of the 19 potential jurors wasn’t a “member”.

Happy belated first father’s day to Tim. Sounds as if you had a great time. And bless his dad…it’s great he has such a close family.

Sorry you couldn’t make the Pantry last week…introduced it to Stubbleyou and Rosemary for the first time, and we sort of had to drag Jack Ong (“Saving Levi”) against his better judgment. Can’t believe Stubbs and Rosemary are LA natives and this was their first time. Stubbleyou says his pork chop is still with him a week later.

And I have a perfect title for the sitcom, “The Historical and Hysterical Development of Harrison Morales!” (PS If you use that title, I want “Associate Producer” credit!)

    Hey Jen,

First…Happy belated Father’s Day to Tim. Next…sounds like you are keeping real busy with Harison & loving it all. Can’t wait to see more pictures of him. Take care of that foot, spurs aren’t fun. Had one years ago from wearing heels all day at the bank. Needed to get a special pad for inside my shoe & wore it for months until things got back to normal.

The work will come for you, would love to see you back on Broadway….miss ya. Everyone is doing well here. Been busy with my new bank job, so haven’t been online or the computer much since mid June. Mr Mom is helping out at home, but I still have plenty to do once I get home. Still will write you that promised letter, when time allows. Just sorted out almost 100 emails I had waiting for me. Plan on watching JB’s casts on local PBS station tonight for the July 4th celebration from Washington DC…..think it is a similar number that they did on the Tony’s last month.

Well gotta go, talk more soon. Miss ya.
    Love, Stacey
