TIME IS FLYING BY…I CAN’T BELIEVE IT. IVE ALREADY PULLED SOMETHING SLIGHTLY IN MY BACK… SOMETIMES I JUST WANT TO GIVE IT ALL AWAY… EXCEPT MY POPCORN MACHINE.. THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT..

A NEW MARY HAS BEEN CHOSEN. BUT I CAN’T SAY WHO TILL THEY SAY I CAN. BUT SHE STARTS REHEARSAL TOMORROW.AND NOW I HAVE TO CATCH UP AND SAY GOODBYE TO A LOT OF FRIENDS HERE. OH BOY…LET THE GAMES BEGIN…

Aww! I am sure you want the time to go by somewhat fast so you can get to Tim, but somewhat slow so you can say goodbye to everyone!

Wow, sounds like you have a lot of stuff. Yes, popcorn machine = very important. Maybe you can bring it on the plane with you! Lol.

Can’t wait to see who the new Mary is..hmm Heather?? Who knows. I’ll guess I have to wait and see…

    Talk to you later.

    Lots of love,
    A

    Hey Jen!!

I haven’t posted in a while,I had surgery 2 weeks ago and I’m still recovering :0(. You have become an inspiration,a true role model for me. Your acting and singing amazed me the first time I saw Jersey Boys and your humbleness at the stagedoor kept me a fan of yours for life! I am going to miss you! You and Tim are wonderful people,God Bless you both! Hope to keep in touch!!

    xoxo

Hey Jen, You’re in denial and so am I, just can’t face it yet. Yes, time is flying and, for the first time in my life — and you know how OLD I am — I so wanted March to go by very, very slowly!!! But, you have a loving husband waiting for you in CA and I can understanding wanting to get back to that handsome guy! Plus, there’s a precious little boy or girl waiting to call you Mom and Tim Dad, how awesome! Yes, your greatest role lies ahead, my friend! Just remember though, something to consider, I’m small, I look great in a bonnet and I know I can fit into any stroller!!!! Oh and I really love CA!! OK, when you stop laughing, know that I wish you nothing but love, happiness, good health, family and all the blessings God has to offer. Love you my forever friend! Wanda

    Hi Jen,

I can’t believe it, you will be home with Tim very soon now..The both of you must be so excited..Don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll find a way to move those boxes..You might want to take Wanda up on her suggestion, NO Diapers! LOL
    Talk to you soon, Jody

Oh no, Jen. You know what those boxes mean…you have to take the elevator again :)

It will be hard leaving, but just know that you have made the right decision for you and your family.

Can’t wait to hear who the new Mary is. Can’t even give us a tiny hint?

    Hi Jen,

As for the shipping stuff…I think UPS will pack it all up very well. Pete used them for a few things while traveling to some shows. Haven’t used Fed Ex like that so not sure on them.

Yes you are in denial, so are we all. Packing is only fun if you are going some place great….and you are, HOME to the man you love & to start a great new adventure together. Starting a family, can be scary, but I am sure all the parents on your blog will agree…the good stuff beats the bad any day.
Leaving friends…never good, but it isn’t goodbye forever. It is only I’ll see ya all soon. We all know that you will be back in this great city & back under the bright lights on Broadway, in another fantastic show.

Oh before I forget, will you still have this site up & running as you move back home? Or does it have to be shut down & a new one run by someone in California?

Here are our hugs & kisses for ya, since we won’t see ya before you go{{{{{{{{JENNIFER}}}}}}}}}XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO
I only wish we could give them to you in person.

So the new Mary is picked…..HMMM??? Again, any small hints without giving it away….well if it isn’t Heather or one of the other BWY girls…I hope they use someone from one of the tours & other JB’s groups. Whoever she is…let her know she already has a huge JB’s fan family that will welcome her with open arms, freindship and love.

    Love ya,
    Stacey, Pete, Diana & Peter.

    Jen,
I am happy for you, yet can’t imagine Jersey Boys without you! I had tickets to take a friend to JB on the 20th and also just bought a ticket for your last performance on the 23rd. So, I will be sure to stop you on both of these dates at the stage door to say good-by to you in person. See you then…

  8. Howard Tucker on March 12th, 2008

Hi Jennifer. Unfortunately work obligations preclude my attending your last performance on March 23, but please know my thoughts will be with you and Tim.

Jen, I remember clearly the day we first actually met in December, 2006. I was slowly making my way down 52nd Street when you darted past as if you were racing Carl Lewis in a 100-yard dash, and I yelled out “Jennifer!” You could have easily made a clean getaway, but instead you turned and walked back toward me. “I’m Howard Tucker” “Yes, Howard, I recognize you from the Blog. What do you do?” And instead of talking about your great performance and achievements, you let me drone on and on–and we chatted for a good five minutes as you slowed your pace to walk with me. But the best was as we parted….Mary Delgado gave me a hug! What??? Am I dreaming??Surreal.

Your two marvelous cabaret shows exist only as memories now, but oh, so wonderful ones, and meeting Mom and Dad was the best (especially since Mom knew all the early 1960′s groups and songs!)

Jennifer, the two cliches that come to mind here are “build it before you need it” and “good things are so much better when you have others to share them with.” Well, Jen, you’ve indeed built a huge cadre of loving and grateful fans that will share the wonderful future that lay ahead for you and Tim. Please keep the Blog going, and please keep us all up-to-date. Gratefully, Howard.

  9. [...] Jennifer Naimo reports on her blog that she’s been asked to stay with the show for an additional two more weeks. So, as of right now, her final show is scheduled for Sunday, April 6, 2008. [...]
