Comments(7) WELL TONIGHT IS MY FIRST, AND LAST, LOL, REHEARSAL WITH THE BAND MOST OF THEM FROM OUR AMAZING JERSEY BOYS BAND…WE REHEARSE TONIGHT 7 TO MIDNIGHT!!!!! I JOIN THEM AT 10 PM…HOPE YOU ALL CAN COME
LAST NIGHT AFTER THE MATINEE WE BOARDED BUSES TO PIER 60 AT CHELSEA PIERS AND GOT ON A BEAUTIFUL YACHT. AND THERE WERE APPETIZERS, DRINKS, PASTA, FRUIT AND CHEESE, DANCING AND THAN DOWNSTAIRS WAS A SIT DOWN DINNER..PRIME RIB, THE BEST TURKEY I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, MORE PASTA, SALAD, CAKE…ETC..AND A LOT OF THE VEGAS COMPANY WERE INVITED..SO I MET JOYCE CHITTICK MY COUNTERPART AND HER BOYFRIEND RICK FAUGNO IS FRANKIE VALLI….THEY WERE ADORABLE…
DES AND RICK AND ALL OUR WONDERFUL PRODUCERS WERE THERE, AND ALL THE CAST, CREW, WARDROBE, HAIR, USHERS, ETC..IT WAS A WONDERFUL EVENING…THANK YOU JOHN HABER FOR PLANNING IT…THIS WAS OUR 2ND ANNIVERSARY PARTY..AND WHEN WE OPENED 2 YEARS AGO..THE NYC MARATHON WAS GOING ON THAN TOO..AND TIM AND I WALKED DOWN TO CENTRAL PARK THeN AND TRIED TO FOCUS ON THESE AMAZING ATHLETE’S AS OPPOSED TO OPENING NIGHT.
IT’S BEEN 2 GREAT YEARS AND I’LL BE READY TO ESPECIALLY CELEBRATE SUNDAY NIGHT….TILL THAN..XO JEN
P.S. DR PHIL AND HIS WIFE ROBIN CAME 2 SHOWS IN A ROW..AND WE TOOK PHOTOS..I LOVED MEETING THEM..AND ROBIN IS THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH WOMAN I’VE MET ..35 YEARS OF MARRIAGE..THEY WERE SO HUMBLED BY US, AND SUCH FANS…THEY HAD COME STRAIGHT FROM HIS TAPING OF THE LETTERMAN SHOW..

Two wonderfully exciting years. I wish the show many many more. I also wish the cast greatest success in whatever they chose to pursue after Jersey Boys (I’ll be following you to other theatres if I have too. lol). I believe this show will be around for a long time. Let’s see if it can beat Phantom! Lol. The yacht trip sounds wonderful. I’m sure it was absoultely amazing. NYC as the backdrop…I can only begin to imagine.

You looked beautiful last night and I am glad you had a great time at the party. You deserve to relax and enjoy. 2 years, OMG I remember like it was yesterday when I first saw you in the show in previews October 2005. You made me laugh so hard Joe and I loved you from the begining.

I sadly cannot make the cabaret, but if I could KNOW I’d be there. Anywhoo…. has it really been 2 years I’ve been following this show? It seems like the Tonys were yesterday? Maybe that’s just me since I haven’t been doing 8 shows a week but you know you guys are wonderful and there is nothing better than a boat party!!! Hope all is well!
