I had it for a week, and it came back.. It is really bad this year. Just rest, it really helps.

I’ve found that Zicam has really helped with my colds (if that’s what’s been going around). Also, I don’t know if you’ve heard of it, but Afrin helps great with congestion! This is my inner doctor coming out (my mom was a nurse and my dad is a doctor), haha… I know how much sickness can stink!
